Great family break in Cornwall - will certainly return to the site in future.

Pros: Great space, terrace with outdoor seating was good. Notably very clean. Quiet location, a great base.

Cons: Sofa was worn, lumpy in places and parking wasn’t near the property, most villas have 1 or 2 spaces outside but this one has a space about 50yards away, not the end of the world but was inconvenient with a baby.

Spacious and quiet

Pros: Lovely, quiet property that could accommodate 8 of us, including a 13 month old, no problem. There was also a travel cot, and I was able to request a baby high chair for feeding as well as a shower seat for my disabled father. Nice, central location with easy access to many other locations as well as having supermarkets within a 10 minute drive.

Cons: The only concern I have was the showers on the ground floor could do with either shower mats or some sort of antislip adding as they are dangerously slippy when wet. If you have mobility issues I would look at potentially hiring one of the other properties as access isn't immediate, there is a path that needs to be used as you have to park your car away from the property at No. 29. For the most this won't be an issue, more something to be aware of.
