Great converted accommodation in an excellent loaction

Pros: It was a great place, the location was excellent for travelling all over Cornwall. The nearby towns of Roche and Bugle had whatever was needed in terms of shops and take outs. We didn't eat out at any of the local pubs, preferring to cook indoors. The building itself was unusual and is an old clay dry. A visit to the nearby Wheal Martyn Clay museum told us a little more about it. The accomodation had everything we needed for our weeks stay. The A30 Cornwall Services were 3 miles away so handy for charging the electric car plus a co-op for when we needed anything. The huge green sofa was awesome. 😁

Cons: There wasn't anything we didn't like. Oh, the lock on the main bathroom needs fixing but that's the only thing we could fault.

Pros: Plenty of space with thoughtful touches such as games, dvds and even throws to allow the dog in sofa. Location is great for a base to travel around Cornwall, close to A30
