Pros: We had a lovely holiday at the Kilns (we were a group of six adults and two under 5s). The property was very spacious and comfortable, with excellent facilities. It was helpful that the property included a high chair, cot, and a baby gate at the top of the stairs. It's a good location, only a short drive to a number of different beaches, and other attractions. We would recommend this property to a friend.

Cons: It wasn't clear from the listing that the washing machines are located in a separate building and required pound coins to operate, there also wasn't any cleaning spray or spare bin liners at the property. Neither of these would have been a problem if communication had been clearer, but unfortunately we ended up having to make two avoidable additional trips to the shops to get bin bags and pound coins.
