Pros: A fantastic holiday property, great attention to detail throughout. Didn't feel like a holiday let, was lovely, like being at home but in the middle of St Ives! Top quality accommodation in a brilliant location. Underfloor heating was a bit hit with my partner and made the place very comfortable with the chillier nights coming along. It had every base covered from the quality furnishings to the fully equipped kitchen, and the thoughtful addition of milk, eggs, jam, bread, butter, biscuits, tea, coffee, sugar, washing up liquid and all the toiletries on arrival ensured a special feeling to the stay. Will be returning for sure.

Cons: Nothing to dislike, a brilliant place.

Pros: Amazing Location, tasteful and lovely furnishing!! exceptionally clean. Even though we were in the middle of st Ives the cottage felt quiet and secure. Hosts very good communication.

Cons: Nothing, wish we could have stayed longer!

Pros: Very comfortable cottage, every convenience, superb location.

Cons: Secure parking a long way from cottage, however local A1 taxis took us to and from and were very good

A lovely place to stay in the heart of st Ives

Pros: Super convenient for the harbour and multiple other beaches around st Ives, literally a few steps and you are in the cobbled street but it’s set back behind a secure terraced area so whilst you do hear and see passers it still feels quite private. The property has a small but comfortable sitting area perfect for 2 people, there is a well appointed kitchen with comfortable bar stalls and breakfast bar, all of the appliances, kitchenware, towelling and linen are good quality, clean and in good condition. Nice little touches such as milk, coffee, bread, butter, eggs left out for our arrival The property is also dog friendly We had a great stay and plan to return

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Juliot for my birthday week. The cottage was beautifully decorated and had everything and more than we expected. The housekeeper was lovely and all the extra touches for bread, eggs, milk and biscuits we such a treat. Would definitely recommend!! location was ideal. Cant wait to come back. Made coming back to Solihull a tough gig 🤣. thanks Rosie

Beautiful local paradise.

Pros: Loved the location, nice and close to the beach and the harbour with exceptional shops along the way. The cottage was nice and comfortable wished we could have stayed longer.

Cons: If I had one thing to say, the bed wasn’t comfortable compared to our home. But that’s it.
