Pros: Really great place. Fantastic location, onsite parking - once there we didn't need to drive anywhere except to visit other towns. Access to the local spa was a real bonus.

Perfect for exploring St Ives and coastal paths

Pros: Great location for walking into St. Ives and for exploring the coastal paths. The appartment is comfortable, clean and nicely decorated.

Cons: Parking is a bit awkward, especially with a long car. You can only see the view from inside if you go right up to the window and look to the side.

Fantastic holiday and fabulous apartment

Pros: It lives up to its expectations. Lovely property throughout. Fabulous location (be prepared to walk up a hill on your way back from town) The kitchen was really well equipped - we hadn’t planned to be cooking but due to an unexpected illness, we had to have a few days not going out, so having a good supply of utensils and pans was fab! Bedding was comfortable and great quality - again due to illness, I’d not expected to be relentless to the twin room but the bed was really comfy. Bathroom was fab. Good shower. All in all a lovely place to stay and I’d definitely return. The sea view was lovely to look at.

Cons: Nothing I didn’t like!

A lovely stay in St Ives. We made the best choice in terms of accommodation.

Pros: Clean, spacious and well thought out. Parking space was a bonus as was access to a local spa and pool.

A lovely flat in a nice block close to St Ives town centre and Porthminster beach

Pros: Great position, nice flat in a nice block, short walk to St Ives centre, short walk to the lovely Porthminster beach, parking space

Cons: Heating was a little tricky to control

Lovely, cosy and clean appartment. Close to the centre and beaches from St. Ives

Pros: It was clean. The beds were good. Nice terrace. Close to the centre.

Cons: The parking space isn’t very big. And the ‘neighbours car’ wasn’t always parked in de middle. It was very difficult to get in and out of the car. The lights in the house are very bright. Not very cosy if you sit together.
