Convenient, clean and comfortable.

Pros: An excellent location just 5 minutes' walk from Porthminster beach and the train station and 10 minutes' walk from the town centre, this lovely property from Cornish Escapes was a real find. It is clean and comfortable and kitted out with everything one could need for a relaxing holiday and we received clear instructions and guidance on everything well before our arrival in St Ives. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone.

Cons: Nothing. It ticked all the boxes for us.

Pros: The views and the big windows in the lounge area! Juliet Balcony was a favourite of mine. Never seen one before and used it every day.

Cons: Not something anyone has control over but - The seagulls on the roof next to the master bedroom. Constantly going all day and night. Had to shut the windows even though it was so warm at night to try and shut out some of the noise. But we were by the seaside and with that, you get seagulls!

A lovely place to stay with great views and designated free parking

Pros: Great views. Really comfortable and warm. Free parking in designated space right opposite the house. Convenient for the many restaurants, beaches and galleries.

Cons: The key to the outer door was a little tricky but we found the required amount of wiggling in the end.

Komfotables Appartement mit super Aussicht.

Pros: Seh komfortabel. Gute Ausstattung. wunderbare Aussicht. Parkplatz direkt am Appartement.

Cons: Die Wohnung lag nicht weit, aber etwas oberhalb des Stadtzentrums und der Strände. Daher war der Weg immer leicht mühselig, das hat uns nicht gestört, aber man muss schon gerne laufen.
