Brand new house with sea view

Pros: The house is beautiful and brand new with a sea view balcony. Good location and spacious. We all like it.

Cons: The room temperature is controlled by owner. During the night it is quite cold but the heater starts automatically if lower than 17 degrees. Need more sockets near the mirror.
