Perfect house to stay for a quiet weekend exploring Cornwall! - 100% will be back!
Pros: The cosiest house for our stay over New Year’s Eve & into early Jan! Couldn’t have dreamt of a better place! The log burner and lots of logs for us to use was brilliant. Lots of board games & lovely treats for us when we arrived! Would 100% stay again!! Thanks Jenni ! X

Superb place to stay.
Pros: An exceptionally well appointed property with everything you could need for a stay. Jenni is a great host who greeted us on arrival, showed us around and provided milk, butter, bread, eggs,coffee and tea to get us started. Will stay again when we next go to Cornwall.
Cons: Nothing. Cannot fault it.

An absolute delight
Pros: We totally fell in love with this property. To start, Comunication with Jenni was great, and Jenni was there to meet us once we arrived. The house itself is a gem, beautiful, clean, comfortable, has all required appliances and beyond, spacious, and the views out of any of the many windows is absolutly breathtaking. Would highly recommend this place and would be happy to return myself. Thank you Jenni

Absolutely amazing
Pros: If I could leave more than 10*, I would! Rosecott is a beautiful property that will allow you to experience the 'real Cornwall'. Amazing location,10 mins drive away from St Ives and maybe 15 from Penzance. Beautiful surroundings, extremely peaceful and so homely! The owner, Jenni, is absolutely great, very welcoming, and always available to answer any questions you may have. We didn't want to leave!
Cons: It's not something related to the property, just general advice for future guests: if you are renting a car, go for the smallest category possible. We got upgraded and had a big SUV, and strangely enough, so did everyone else in Cornwall! We did struggle on some of the narrow roads in the area....

Like a novel from Rosamunde Pilcher
Pros: We were looking for a dream destination from Rosamunde Pilcher's novels. We found it. It's also a very tasteful and clean accommodation where you really won't miss a thing, and it's very conveniently located for exploring Cornwall. A car is definitely recommended, though.

Rosecott is the perfect base from which to discover southern Cornwall.
Pros: The property, which is set within a lovely rural peaceful setting, was perfectly located between St Ives & Penzance and with so many places to visit within a few miles. Jenni (the owner) was always on hand if we needed anything and offered some very useful tips of places to visit & eat. She quite rightly takes great pride in her holiday cottage, as does Graham, her husband.
Cons: The narrow lanes can be a challenge at times especially during peak holiday periods. The cottage though was faultless. Jenni had pretty much thought of everything which meant the cottage lacked for nothing whatsoever.
