Absolutely perfect!

Pros: Amazing property! Photos don't even do it justice! Lovely bright kitchen with a glass ceiling. Huge roll top bath. Lovely big bright and airy bedrooms and a fantastic location just 5 mins walk to the Main Street!

Nicely appointed comfortable house handy for restaurants and beaches

Pros: Great spot handy for the town - nicely set up for 2 couples

Cons: Vertiginous stairs to top floor (though sea view if you crane out of the window !)

We had a lovely time in St Ives- but watch out for sea gulls if you buy ice cream!

Pros: Great location. Able to park up and walk everywhere in St Ives. The decor is lovely, very tastefully done with a lot of attention to detail. The kitchen is fully equipped and there was everything we needed.

Cons: Towels were not provided, as we were driving with plenty of space it wasn’t a problem for us to bring our own but that would be an inconvenience for visitors with less space or travelling from overseas. Also, one loo roll for a rental that sleeps six is a bit optimistic.

Pros: A lovely clean and tidy house. Perfect location with shops, bars and cafes close by. Lovely sea views and a nice garden to enjoy the evening sun before heading out. Also parking included which is an added bonus!

Lovely clean, tidy property with parking

Pros: Location was perfect for a place to stay for a st Ives wedding. Great bonus to have parking outside for two cars. The house was very clean, lovely decor and the bedrooms were comfortable. Thanks for the reminder about the towels that was no problem. Very thankful for the fan as it was a very hot weekend.

Cons: Unfortunately the accommodation was advertised as a 5 bed specifying the sofa as a sofa bed. Unfortunately there was no spare bedding and was told when we arrived and asked that it’s not a sofa bed. We managed to source our own bedding and adapted what was available to sleep on.

Girls st ives trip

Pros: Great location, plenty of space in the house. Very clean. Easy to park.

Cons: Nowhere to dry wet clothes, swimwear etc Unfortunately seagulls had ripped rubbish bags in back ally which meant there were rats out there, we saw a few. This meant we aren't go out the back or open kitchen windows.
