The property was immaculately presented, furniture, fixtures and fitting were top quality.

Pros: The location was perfect about a ten minute walk to the harbour..on a private drive with its own parking and off a quiet side street.

Cons: Everything was perfect.

It was fabulous and we hope to return next year.

Pros: Little Eden was an amazing place to stay. A real home from home. Extremely comfortable large bed and living area where we could relax after a long day of walking. The host was so helpful and always answered any queries quickly and efficiently. The garden area was lovely and parking next to or in front of the property was great. The house had everything you could think of or need, including towelling robes! We had a perfect stay.

Cons: Nothing apart from the window covers/ blinds that you couldn’t roll up to enjoy the view. Very minor issue.

Pros: The property is conveniently located in St Ives, close to restaurants, bars and beaches. The house is beautiful and clean with a nice garden. The host is very friendly and provide local guidance. We all like the property and would like to return if we go back to St Ives.

Pros: If you & your family want to stay in a second home, this is it. no other . Only this. AMAZING QUALITY of every part of the house. Furniture, wood, lawn, courtyard, equipment EVERYTHING IS NEW & AMAZING. Feels so so so so comfortable owner Mr. Rohan is so much in touch with you that he does not allow any issues to happen, so that your holiday is going as per the best plan. I have NEVER seen such a beautifully maintained properties in 25 countries I have travelled

Fabulous house in st Ives

Pros: This was an emaculate home, tastefully decorared, with very comfortable beds, and high-grade linens. Added extra of a lovely back yard. Thoughtful hamper was unexpected but very much appreciated. Very generous and helpful hosts. Loved our stay and would highly recommend this property.
