Magnificent view from the apartment and great location for walking into St. Ives

Pros: The view from the main window across the bay is phenomenal. It was a joy to come back the the apartment just to see the view. The apartment is modern and well equipped. We enjoyed the big TV with Nextflix. It's a lovely walk down to the seafront and then into St. Ives.

Cons: Parking is an issue in St. Ives. We parked in the council's Trenwith carpark, which is a 6 minute walk and was only £26 for the week. There are EV chargers there.

Pros: Property location excellent. View spectacular. Had everything that we needed for our holiday and good space.

Cons: The window seals have failed in the living room and the windows were very drafty making it cold in the flat in winter. The heaters were definitely needed.

Toll mit einem kleinen Aber

Pros: Die Aussicht ist phänomenal. Alles in St Ives ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Man kann das Meer hören, wenn gerade kein Auto fährt. Der Strand ist nur einige Treppen entfernt. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, vor allem das Sofa. Es gibt einen sehr großen Kleiderschrank, einen Wäscheständer und sogar ein Fernglas. Die Küchenzeile ist groß und recht gut ausgestattet.

Cons: Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass das Haus an einer der meistbefahrenen Straßen in die Innenstadt liegt. Bis in die Abendstunden ist es oft sehr laut. Für mich haben die Lage und die Aussicht das aber aufgewogen. Außerdem befindet sich der Eingang auf der Rückseite des Gebäudes (Albert Road), was aus der Wegbeschreibung nicht hervorgeht. Man muss einige Treppen hinauf- und hinabgehen, um die Wohnung zu erreichen.
