Fabulous winter break because of comfortable and well located flat.

Pros: Comfortable and within easy walking distance to town. Very well equipped View of beach from lounge window was icing on the cake

Pros: The best thing about this lovely flat is the absolutely wonderful view. It is also very clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated, well equipped and has an enormous comfy bed. Perfect for a couple to stay. The walk into town is short and hilly, convenient for everything. We stayed in mid November and had a wonderful time. Lovely things to do within 30 mins drive such as Zennor Head walk, Godrevy beach and Penrose estate.

Return visit

Pros: Our second visit. Location is perfect with a view of the sea to die for. Just a few minutes walk from beach/town centre full of independent shops and restaurants. Apartment is clean and well equipped. The bed is sooooo comfy. Welcome package is a nice touch.

Cons: Nothing.

World class view and perfect for kids!

Pros: The view out of the apartment's fully opening picture windows is spectacular. The location above Porthminster beach couldn't be bettered (although it involves a lot of steps to get there and back!) and the apartment - although small - was impeccably clean and very comfortable. On an admin note, there is a dedicated parking spot and the joining instructions were admirably clear and comprehensive. Highly recommended for couples or families with young kids.

Nice and very convenient flat with beach views.

Pros: The location was superb, nice view from the flat and very close to the beach. Very good and complete facilities. The goodies bag with the coffee, teas and biscuits was a very nice touch.

Cons: Not too clean in certain areas, i.e. below the sofa, window frames and the books can be a bit dusty. Car park can be a bit tricky to get in and out of,

Pros: The location was amazing the views from the property were wonderful and everything you needed was a walking distance away. Definitely a perfect break away.

Terrific absolutely loved it

Pros: Exterior is deceiving, the apartment is absolutely gorgeous inside. Appropriately decorated with a seaside feel it really felt homely and cozy. Bed was really comfortable too. Best part of it was the welcome pack- with lots of locally sourced goodies. I highly recommend this property

Such a great view and a brilliant apartment, St. Ives is a lovely location. We'll book again!

Pros: The apartment was lovely, the location was excellent, the main windows open out completely and overlooks the beach, the view and basically the entire front wall which opens right out, so great! We got up each morning to watch the sun come up over the bay. The apartment was better than I expected and good value, we had no problems at all. So close to the main shops and train station, we didn't even bring a car, just took the train. Lovey place and we'll book again.

Cons: Lock box for keys a little difficult to use.

Amazing place to stay, has everything you’ll need and more!

Pros: The property had everything you could need and more! There is a whole kitchenette (not photographed on booking sites) which is fantastic and has everything you need including a coffee machine, which was a lovely touch. The view from the living window is second to none, so much so, most mornings were spent with the window wide open listening to the waves. Our daughter slept on the sofa bed and found it comfortable, they had even left a mattress topper to make it more comfortable. It’s sold us so much that we plan to come back next year!

Cons: The only fault really was the tv. Its signal was awful! Luckily we logged in to Netflix but it was a bit annoying, especially when the small tv in the bedroom worked fine.
