A delightful property for a relaxing stay

Pros: The photos on Booking.com don’t do Cart Shed Cottage justice! It’s a lovely building with lots of charm. There was plenty of space and it had all the amenities we could need. The location was also good. Close enough to the A30 for day trips as well as being a nice rural retreat with good views and local walks. I also appreciated that it was dog friendly. My dog also enjoyed his stay. I hope to stay here again sometime.

Cons: How popular it is! I looked to see if it was available to book for some weekends around my family members birthdays and they were all booked.

Pros: Great location, peaceful, nicely decorated and well equipped. Secure garden.

Cons: There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. It looked a little tired in parts like needing paint touch ups and things like that but very minor and did not bother us at all. Overall it was lovely.

Pros: We loved everything about our stay here. The cottage is beautiful, comfortable, cosy and warm. It has everything you could need and we would love to come back and stay again.

A little gem of a cocoon to come back to after day trips exploring West Cornwall.

Pros: Everything was perfect. Rosie has thought of everything to make the cottage comfortable and practical. In the lounge, the wood burning stove makes the cottage very cozy in the evenings. The kitchen is very well equipped and clean. The beds and pillows make for a great night sleep. During sunrise and sunset, the views from the cottage are idyllic. Rosie recommended two local pubs in her welcome pack, both offered great food and did not disappoint. We could not have asked for more. It was a fantastic stay.

Cons: Nothing, it was fabulous.

Beautiful, well equipped, well appointed cottage in the heart of Cornwall…

Pros: Absolutely everything! The cottage is beautiful and so well equipped. We didn’t want for anything!

Pros: Great accommodation with friendly hosts. Everything you need was there. Lovely quiet location but within easy reach of Falmouth, pubs and a local shop for supplies. Definitely recommend!

Overall we had a great stay and it was a perfect location to attend our son's wedding.

Pros: We loved the peace and quiet of the setting and how spotlessly clean the property was and that the beds and sofas were very comfy. Rosie, our host, was quite fantastic as well and helped us out on a couple of occasions.

Cons: These are not criticisms at all but just suggestions - I think a large, swing-top bin in the kitchen would be far more practical - especially as the cottage can sleep 6. It could easily go under the window where the recycling bin was. And we didn't really know what that was for as used all the bags etc outside. Also - a dressing table type table would have been really useful in the main bedroom instead of the armchair. We actually moved a small round table from the lounge into the bedroom & put the armchair in the lounge. I think another bedroom had an armchair too, so the same could be done in there. I had nowhere to put any toiletries etc

It was a joy from start to finish. Rosie was fantastic about emails I wrote.

Pros: Gorgeous cottage spotlessly clean very much to my taste. Had great beds and on suite was great. Super kitchen to cook in and lots of essentials. Dishwasher a bonus and washing machine. We were out a lot of the time. Visiting family. Easy acess to spermarket in Penryn. Would recommend for couple or family.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this lovely cottage. The location was excellent—peaceful yet conveniently situated for exploring the area. The cottage itself was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break. Highly recommended!
