Very happy and comfortable stay

Pros: Very well presented and the owners were a pleasure to deal with

Overall a very nice stay. We will be back.

Pros: We went to have a little couple getaway. Very spacious with lots of storage for your belongings. The beds are very comfy and there are heaters provided if you get cold. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you need to make a nice dinner every night. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Cons: The place would be better if there was a little side light so you don’t always have to use the full light. The welcome booklet could be updated to say you can pay by card on the laundry.

Pros: Easy check in and check out. Nice kitchen - living room.

Cons: Bathroom is a bit of a tight squeeze

Pros: Property was very clean there were just 2 of us so plenty of room, will book again.

Nice surroundings, well equipped accommodation.

Pros: A nice short break with my daughter and the dog. Well situated for St Ives, Newquay and everything in between.

Overall a great place to stay

Pros: The cottage is very nice and cosy, everything you need for a small holiday. Great location, nice and quiet. We really enjoyed the location, nice and adventurous for the kids. Near the beach and local shops. It was nice to see that there was plenty of coffee and tea in the kitchen we are coffee and tea lovers. Soap, sower gel and shampoo in the bathroom nice touches. Great place to stay overall will definitely visit again.

Cons: Unfortunately I think it needed a bit more attention to detail for ex. It was clean but quite dusty and didn't look like the place was mopped in a long time, the dump smell was overpowering, the bathroom was missing a rubbish bin also no salt and pepper in the kitchen 🫣.

A perfect relaxing location for families to explore the area.

Pros: A lovely location in the woods with great facilities on site. Getting to the site was easy and we could park nearby. The chalet was neat and tidy with everything you could need. We paid £30 for family leisure activities which meant we went swimming most days (unfortunately we were too late for the first day as the pool was already closed). There was plenty of free entertainment in the main room too - karaoke, games, singers etc. The shop on site was useful when it wasn't worth the effort of driving to a supermarket. You can drive to St. Ives and St. Michael's Mount in under 15 minutes, which makes it an ideal base for exploring. We chose to walk to St Erth train station (thirty minutes along the public footpath) and take the picturesque train to St. Ives. The owners were very helpful.

Cons: It would have been nice to have a bit more room in the main bedroom as only one side of the bed is accessible. It wasn't a surprise though, as many chalets are like this.

Lovely cosy cottage, which had everything thing you need

Pros: Clean tidy, nice comfy beds. Well equipped kitchen.

Great place and good value for the week we stayed.

Pros: Great property all round. Especially loved the little touches with useful things that one can often forget to bring such as soap, shower gel, washing up liquid, kitchen towels etc.

Cons: Bedside lamps would be good for reading in bed. Didn’t see any info about towels etc on the description which would have helped.

Good experience

Pros: The cottage is nice and tidy. Only about 12 minutes from the beaches. It was a good time. The place is comfortable and clean.

Cons: Couldn't use the swimming pool, as it only opens to book the night before and 45 minutes slots goes so quick. Checkout is really early. 9:30.
