Pros: The location was peaceful and very close to scenic routes. Nice, quiet area with all the main facilities that one would need.
Cons: The kitchen, in particular, could have been cleaned more thoroughly before I occupied the caravan.

Fantastic location, great caravan, not the newest but everything you need for a great stay.
Pros: Everything you needed was there, iron, hair dryer, oven, air fryer - simply it was very well thought out to accommodate a family. The owner was extremely informative, everything was sent prior with clear, concise instructions, friendly and great communication.
Cons: The check in time states 3pm, we arrived promptly to be greeted with the cleaner, she was quite rude and advised abruptly check in is at 4pm with quote “check in is at 4, anyway I can’t get the electric to work so I don’t event know what time”, we decided to go shopping but it left a very unpleasant feeling that we had travelled to a caravan that has no electric. Thankfully we arrived at 4pm and all was ok for us to gain access. Other than that, this is a great caravan with great communication and amenities - just try to avoid the grumpy cleaner.

Amazing stay, felt like our little home !
Pros: I liked everything about the caravan. I liked it it was located within a few minutes away from local attractions such as Lappa valley, Camel creek family adventure parks, Newquay beaches such as Fistral Beach. Surprisingly it was more spacious than I thought it would be. I liked that it was located in a holiday park and got to do activities within the park. I enjoyed that the caravan had a furnished kitchen, where I was able to prepare meals. I didn’t even realise that the caravan had a travel cot. I actually brought my own travel cot for my son. Furthermore the caravan is located in a quiet area of the park, which is always a bonus.
Cons: The only thing I can fault is that the microwave was filthy. No problem, I cleaned it. The rest of the caravan was clean and tidy. At one point the central heating stopped working and when I contacted the number I was given to reach out to. I didn’t receive a call back. The central heating somehow came back on or started working again.

Pros: Very clean and comfortable caravan. Ideal location - so easy to access everywhere in and around Cornwall within an hour in the car (Penzance a little longer 😀). Great road connections. Caravan is towards the back of the Holiday Park towards top of the hill, which was lovely and quiet - away from all the outside activities and play areas. Bed was extremely comfy (and having arthritis this is very important for us). Plentiful sized en-suite bathroom, plus a separate loo for the other bedroom. Kitchen really well equipped. Absolutely nothing to fault.

Overall it was quiet a good experience and would def recommend for 2-3 days stay
Pros: The location was amazing! Just few miles to famous Beaches in Newquay! Beds were super comfortable and I think we were a family of 4 adults and one child and it was just perfect for that price.
Cons: I think there could have been some regular necessary kitchen stuff items been have maintained like paprika,1-2 Sauce bottles, enough Sugar(instead of handful sugar cubes)etc . Cutlery items weren’t cleaned -Had to rewash them

Comfy and affordable
Pros: The bed was so comfy and it was located not far from the beach and local town. The rooms were all nicely sized and the kitchen came with quite a few things.
Cons: The main problem was the Wi-Fi not working.

Pros: The facilities were second to none everything being clean and welcoming on arrival The holiday park was an ideal location for day trips around newquay and surrounding destinations we chose to visit,
