Newquay Bay Holiday Resort

Pros: We stayed here with our family for 3 days. Everything was excellent. The location is wonderful. The house is very clean, all the appliances are new, and everything is very neat and well organised. It’s a great place to stay during your trip.

Pros: Staff were lovely and friendly, over all a comfortable stay. The main bar/clubhouse prices were extortionate.

Cons: The caravan sofas and bedding were stained, lack of basic kitchen utensils, holes in bedding. But staff offered to come and spot clean/change bedding and provide extra utensils. They also offered us £25 towards our meal at teh main bar.

We really enjoyed our stay, a lovely relaxing few days and would definitely return and recommend.

Pros: The caravan was clean,warm and welcoming. Everything we would need was supplied for us. Michelle prepared our caravan 😊

Good value for money and very clean

Pros: Lovely, large and clean dog friendly van. Really handy to have the venue onsite and the swimming pool for the kids. Great location next to Porth beach with lovely coastal walks and plenty of safe spaces for children to play.

Cons: Could do with a few more cooking utensils and a mattress topper. Wasn’t much of an issue as we stayed 4 nights but had we have stayed longer, the bed may have got a bit more uncomfortable.

Pros: The caravan was really nice. the bed was comfortable to sleep in.

Cons: Sofa was uncomfortable to sit on and it wasn't clean The fact there was no mobile signal in the caravan The tv volume kept going up and down by itself even when the batteries from the remote was removed it still went up and down the volume by itself

Great location, Very clean & comfortable

Pros: Caravan was spotless, very modern and comfortable.

Cons: Parking was difficult. Not all vans have a space beside them and there was very few spots anywhere else to park up.

Pros: Perfect location with loads of nearby places to visit beach very close everything was clean and tidy would definitely recommend newquay bay resort

Cons: Just after school hoildays finish so no entertainment on in the onside club would have been nice to have something on in the evening even if it was just a couple of nights

Pros: Lovely clean caravan site. Caravan was lovely and clean. Staff very friendly and informative.

Cons: Needs more plug sockets on the bedrooms.

Very good site

Pros: Site staff were friendly and welcoming, very easy check in and no fuss at all. Caravan was really well equipped, full size fridge/freezer, good cooker and microwave, really good TV, all the crockery, pots and pans you'd need, very comfortable sofa and beds, and was the cleanest caravan we've ever stayed in. No damp spots, no stains, nothing. I don't know how old the caravan was but looked almost new. Good on-site shop which is handy if you forgot the milk... Indoor pool is quite big, and there's a bit of a cafe if you want drinks. 15 minute walk to the seafront, and down in a little valley so is very peaceful at night. A few farms close by so if you can't sleep you can literally count sheep 🤣 Overall it's a great site and we will 100% be visiting again.

Cons: There is NO mobile signal at all in the caravan, and no WiFi - we couldn't understand this as the TV was connected to WiFi - unless you are in the the pool or venue, although this is mentioned when booking so we were aware, just be sure to download maps and plan ahead if you're thinking of places to visit or restaurants. Charged £4 for a coffee at the indoor pool cafe, and just over £18 for 2 pints and 2 glasses of coke in The Venue, which was a bit steep for on site, would've expected it to be cheaper to encourage people to stay and use the facilities. There is a narrow country lane to get to the seafront, which isn't very safe to walk especially if you have small children with you as there's no path for most of it, and when it starts getting dark there's no street lights either. Be careful.

Pros: Caravan was awesome Clean and comfy swimming pool and outside pool great

Cons: Limited food at venue location of caravan at top of hill and location of park from the main road along a dark lane and bus route n taxi problems which aren't the parks fault
