Pros: 10/10. Everything was great staying here. It was our second time. Nice room. Comfy bed. On arrival...bread butter jam cereals provided. We would return again Thanks Sharon.

Comfortable, cosy and relaxing

Pros: It was as comfortable and cosy as I’d hoped for…. Had a good nights sleep…. Loved the in room breakfast bar

Cons: A couple of miles from the main areas in town but nothing a taxi didn’t sort

Lovely host. Cute dog ! Safe and quiet.

Pros: Sharon was a lovely host. Her room is very comfortable with it’s nice kitchenette! Good to be able to park on the drive. Close to Heron tennis centre which was good for me.

Cons: I felt safe and cosy as a solo traveller . Quiet at night.

Pros: Excellent room, spacious, very clean and super comfy bed. Everything you need in one space. Breakfast and including tea and coffee all provided in kitchenette. Location is great for exploring the local sites including bus links to Watergate Bay, Padstow and Truro. Also super close to supermarkets. Host was lovely. Very warm welcome and adorable dog Bo. Flexible with early check which I really appreciate. Highly recommended. As a solo traveller I found the room perfect for 2 nights. Also great for couples. I would definitely return next time I’m in Newquay. Book with confidence.

Wonderful , I hope to be able to stay again

Pros: Really fantastic place. Super friendly and helpful. Comfortable room, it had its own kitchenette area and was very thoughtfully fitted with coffee, milk, bread , breakfast cereals and water.

Pros: Felt welcome and we really enjoyed our stay with Sharon. Our room was clean and spacious. The little kitchenette was well stocked. Would definitely stay again.
