Pros: Friendly owners. Offers of help, advice etc. Off road parking. Close to centre of St.Agnes (short walk). Room was lovely - spotless, generous size, lots of storage, nice on- suite. (To anyone reading this review: Quite awkward to find - postcode on sat-nav doesn't quite get you there. Pre load exact address and be prepared for very narrow roads!)

Pros: We absolutely loved our stay at this cozy B&B in St. Agnes! The attention to detail in every part of the place was amazing—from the spotless room to the thoughtful little touches that made us feel truly welcomed and at ease. The décor had such a warm, inviting feel, and it was clear that a lot of care and love went into creating a peaceful space for guests. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and after days spent exploring, it was the perfect place to come back and relax. The room felt like our own little retreat, with everything we needed to unwind and enjoy our time. We also loved being so close to the stunning coastline and beautiful walks—everything was within easy reach. We left feeling refreshed and already talking about when we can come back! This B&B is a real gem in St. Agnes, and we couldn’t recommend it enough to anyone looking for a charming, restful getaway.

Loved every minute of our stay and were just getting our feet well and truly under the table when i.

Pros: Location was fine; restaurant, cafe and bars all reasonably close enough to walk and driving was an option as long as you can find a place to park. Also there were plenty of other walking options to help build up your appetite.

Cons: We were very happy with our accommodation so there was nothing for us to dislike.
