Longbeach- Adults Only

Pros: We loved the location with easy walking access to the beach and the town centre. Andrew was lovely and gave us ideas of where to visit on our 8 day stay. Our room was clean, tidy and comfortable.

Pros: I had a lovely stay at the Long Beach Hotel in Newquay. The host was very kind and helpful, which made me feel welcome right away. The hotel itself is in a good location – just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and the town centre. Unfortunately, I caught a rainy and windy week, so it was a pity I couldn’t make much use of the outside area. It was also a pity that a kitchen was only available in the other apartment, though I understand the setup.

Pros: the staff was brilliant, absolute legend working there. Would defiently go again. Very close to the beach. Perfect!

Newquay '25

Pros: The bed in the hotel was reasonably comfortable and there was a nice view of the sea through the hotel bedroom window.

Cons: I didn't have a private bathroom and there could sometimes be a bit of noise from the rear of the adjoining property at bedtime.

Bonus points for Andrew, the landlord, such a nice guy ! Ask him for food recommendations, he will give you the best spo

Pros: The property is located at a very good place, right in front of Fistral Beach, where you can walk from behind the property and follow a path straight to the beach 🙌🏽

Cons: There was nothing that we disliked, just that the toilets could be a bit more modernised and spacious, but honestly for the price and location, can’t complain at all

Pros: Andrew is a very accommodating host. Incredible views. Generally quiet.

Cons: Room not very soundproof which only a problem one Fri late night when some lads came back merry. They were better next night having been spoken to!

Pros: Andrew was really kind and friendly. The room it self was clean and very comfortable. The toilet and shower also very clean with toilet papers. The place location was awesome as well.

Cons: I wish they would have more options for rooms however if was perfect for my stay.

Very good value budget en-suite accommodation

Pros: Very good value budget en-suite accommodation in a period house, tranquil location at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac road, with sea view and free street parking. Clean, comfortable beds and towels, with thoughtful touches such as kettle, complimentary tea/coffee sachets, tissues, hand soap and plenty of toilet rolls. Spar, Sainsburys, town, harbour and beaches in both directions all within short walking distances. Westward facing patio with picnic benches, ideal for eating takeaway food bought back from town at the end of the day and watching the sun set over the sea. Kind and helpful host. Would definitely return, thank you!

Pros: Amazing location, little footpath to the beach next to the hotel. Very friendly host. Super clean rooms, super cheap beer . Lovely ecofriendly soaps. They are very concerned to have ecofriendly cleaning products.
