Pros: Excellent location & once the renovations are completed it will be a fabulous place to stay.

Cons: Nothing really we knew beforehand that the facilities were limited but the price reflected that

Pros: Building is very nice and garden is beautiful it’s in a nice quiet area too

Cons: Not much I didn’t like you get a lot out of the rooms

Pros: Brilliant value for money, excellent room (450 sq feet!) & very friendly staff.

Cons: It's being renovated, and this was hugely reflected in the price we were charged. Facilities were limited but overall it didn't inhibit our enjoyment of our stay.

Great for holidays

Pros: Location of the hotel is excellent. Most of the facilities and the room in the hotel. Breakfast was fantastic. Plan to come back for a holiday as I travelled for work this time. A lovely place for holidays.

Lovely rooms

Pros: A very convenient location with a very comfortable accommodation. Clean rooms and pleasant stuff.

Beautiful stay in Wadebridge

Pros: Very nice hotel with plenty of parking spaces. The new restaurant isn’t ready yet but is set to open in the second week of July. I went to see it and I think it’s going to be amazing. The bar is fantastic and the swimming pool and gym are impressive. They will be opening very soon too I have been told.

Good hotel, we will be back next year.

Pros: Hotel is currently getting fully refurbished so restaurant is closed at the moment - but we were aware of this when booking. Bar is now open though so you can have a drink there in the evening. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Rooms were clean quiet and cosy. We look forward to returning next year and seeing how the progress is coming along. For anyone staying here and have reservations about not being able to get food as the restaurant is closed - Wadebridge town is about a 10 min drive with bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Keep up the good work and we look forward to seeing you next year!

Cons: Nothing. The place is getting refurbished and the new owners are obviously trying to generate some revenue by staying open while this work is getting done. We could already see the improvements on last year when we stayed when the place was fully open under the old owners. If you are one for complaining about anything and everything then don't book until the work is complete. If you are happy to stay at the hotel knowing work is ongoing, then you will get looked after to the best of their ability.

Pros: Bellissimo,un po' lontano da tutto.Natura splendida.Ingresso bellissimo.

Cons: La piscina accessibile pagando un extra,tra l'altro era tardi, avrebbero potuto farci entrare anche per poco.Al bar non c'è nulla da mangiare.Essenro arrivati tardi abbiamo chiamato per farci portare cibo da fuori perché non hanno niente in albergo.Per un hotel di questo livello secondo me è incomprensibile.Tra l'altro ci si poteva fare consegna solo cibo indiano (che non a tutti piace.anche la pizzeria aveva già chiuso.)ma gli orari in UK sono un grosso problema secondo me.Almeno in estate con i turisti bisognerebbe allungare le aperture.

Bellissima struttura ma lasciata in decadenza da ristrutturare. Poca attenzione ai dettagli

Pros: Vecchio hotel di lusso un pò in decadenza. Si vede l'abbondante uso di legno e arredi pregiati, ma è un pò malconcio. Era in ristrutturazione quando sono andato, speriamo lo riportino agli antichi splendori. Camera molto spaziosa, con balcone e silenziosa, letto comodo, ampio parcheggio e posizione in mezzo alla natura

Cons: In ristrutturazione, quindi mancava ristorante e area benessere, poca cura alla pulizia, la camera era abbastanza pulita, ma nei cassetti e nel frigo c'era di tutto, da bibite scadute a biscotti ammuffiti. Le scatolette di panna per il caffè erano acide, credo scadute. un pò scomodo da raggiungere. Prezzo secondo me un pò troppo alto.

Unexpected Gem and a great value.

Pros: We were very pleasantly surprised by this property. Although it was going through renovations our rooms were large, very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was amazing with a huge bath and shower. The grounds are lovely and we could hear sheep bleating in the distance. Very relaxing views from the room balcony.

Cons: The location is a little out of the way but well worth the trip. We only stayed one night and didn't mind that the restaurant, bar, pool and spa weren't open.
