Eco and quiet stay in an unusual location

Pros: Wonderful welcome and comfortable accommodation equipped with everything you could possibly need in a yurt! Well spaced out from other accommodation and thoughtfully planned.

Pros: Kate and Terry are truly exceptional hosts. They were always quick to respond and provided us with everything we could possibly need throughout our stay. Incredibly accommodating and consistently helpful, their communication was seamless and reassuring. The yurt itself was wonderfully equipped, with ample space for five adults to sleep comfortably. The outdoor kitchen and toilet were clean and convenient, and the fire pit added such a cozy touch—we may have enjoyed it a little too much! The location is perfect for those looking to unwind. Set on a peaceful farm, the absence of city noise and traffic makes it an ideal place to clear your mind and relax—especially if you’re coming from a busy urban environment. All in all, I wholeheartedly recommend this stay for families or groups of up to five. Thank you again, Kate and Terry, for being such amazing hosts. You made our experience unforgettable!

Ideal location for a peaceful escape..

Pros: Great location, Great facilities,Great hosts ultimate luxury camping experience located away from the hustle and bustle stove in yurt keeps you warm at night and morning view is awesome..

Cons: Could not stay longer.

Wish we had done this sooner!

Pros: It was an amazing getaway to mainly be able to reconnect with the family, get the kids away from electronics and this trip did just that! We will undoubtedly forget about all the city breaks we have taken but this trip at Higher Trenear Yurt will be one that we will always remember! Definitely will be returning!

Cons: I would have liked a bit more lighting in the yurt towards the end of the night but we did have bright torches which worked a treat!

Amazing glamping experience!

Pros: We loved it all! The rural environment.. the quirkiness. Staff were attentive, friendly.. we had everything we needed. Facilities were an experience haha... but all part of the glamping! We would do again and recommend.

Pros: We chose the accommodation as it was perfectly placed to visit both St Ives and Falmouth, and places nearby. The spot the Yurt in was beautiful, with lots of space to yourself. The facilities were better than expected with excellent shower, toilet and kitchen facilities whilst being eco friendly and providing a partially off-grid experience. Host’s Kate and Terry were very welcoming and friendly.

Pros: Well what can I say, what an amazing place, the yert was equipped with everything you need and more Kate and Terry are so helpful and pleasant and friendly, friendly animals on the farm amazing place for kid and adults

Cons: nothing we loved it all

Pros: A warm welcome, shown our accommodation and then a fresh pot of tea with a slice of homemade cake. Proper job. Goats, space, eco positive, chickens, camp fire, peace, occasional friendly wave, pigs, twit twoo at night, it's in our native county. Quack.

Cons: Nothing really maybe the main bed could be little more comfortable.
