Pros: Jayne and Phil were the perfect hosts who left milk, clotted cream, jam and fresh scones for our arrival. The studio room is petite but beautifully styled with carefully chosen vintage accessories. The bed was both cozy and comfortable and the kitchen area and bathroom were both of a very high standard.+ Lastly, we must mention the view of Falmouth harbour which was delightful!
Cons: We couldn't fault anything l.

A great Christmas - lovely host
Pros: The location was perfect for exploring Falmouth and visiting our daughter at Pendennis.
Cons: Booking.com/Sykes sent two key codes to access the keybox. I rang and texted them but todate have not had a reply.

Perfect
Pros: This was our 2nd time here, you get the best of both worlds, quiet and tucked away, but Falmouth High Street on your door step, we had an extra special visit from a seal this time x

Pros: It was very convenient for shops and cafes but also had a view of the sea. It wasn't noisy at night, despite close proximity to pubs and restaurants but perhaps April is not the busiest time for tourists or students. It had everything needed for a short break, including a washing machine. It was also very clean and well thought out in terms of layout, as well as being very attractively decorated.
Cons: A very faint drain smell from the toilet and would have liked a convenient bedside light but can see that isn't easily placed and certainly wasn't a big deal. The television had very poor reception and was not connected to the internet so channels very limited.

Just Perfect
Pros: Absolutely Loved it ! A small but perfectly thought out space. Well equipped kitchen, really nice shower & super comfortable bed. I'm quite a bad sleeper but slept like a log !!! And the most peaceful view from the window of the harbour was so lovely.
Cons: Not having parking at site was not a problem for us and even on busy days we were able to park on nearby roads for free within a 5 minute walk, but maybe problematic to anyone with motility issues.

Comfortable stay with fantastic views.
Pros: A lovely little studio with a perfect location. It’s right on the water in the centre of town but still felt peaceful and private. Has everything you need for a few days self catering. Hosts were very accommodating. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Zawn Nook is a little hidden gem
Pros: We liked this unique studio apartment, both harbour side, and within easy reach of all the shops and restaurants. The cute little kitchen was great, and the bonus of a dishwasher was just lovely. I shelled a crab and got in touch with J & P about disposal of the shells, so I did not stink the place out, and they were very helpful. Loved the fold out bed - so comfy! And taking a shower! Woozers, so great, jets and temperature. This place ticked all the boxes for a holiday let.
Cons: The outside night time noise - Zawn Nook is in close proximity to the Chainlocker pub - but not all the noise came from their clientele. J & P did attempt to reassure us. Sadly, some drunk people just stood in the street at both 2am and 4am, creating a lot of noise on our last night. Puddles of vomit in the entryway proved our case, which was disappointing. But it's a student town...what else can be said.

Absolutely delightful, felt like home.
Pros: Perfectly appointed studio apartment, the owners have thought of everything you could possibly want. Our stay was absolutely delightful, Perfect location, right on the harbour and once you closed the doors, it was very quiet and peaceful. What makes the difference is the owner attention to detail, you feel like you were in your own home, not a rented apartment. And some wonderful little touches like the scones, plenty of tea and coffee available too. Throughly recommended anyone should consider staying here. You'll be glad you did.

Bon endroit pour découvrir Falmouth et les Cornouailles.
Pros: Le logement est bien situé au cœur du port face à la mer et il est très bien aménagé et décoré.
Cons: Le logement est très petit et le matelas un peu mou.
