Excellent stay in a beautiful apartment.

Pros: Great location!! Spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was amazingly stocked.

Pros: Great apartment, really warm on arrival. Comfortable beds, nice linen.well equipped kitchen. Great showers. Lovely decor, good balcony. Close to the centre of Newquay.

Cons: Secure parking in the basement was too small for my large estate car but the car park around the corner is free in winter

Quiet, convenient and comfortable stay

Pros: Convenient location. Walking distance to supermarket, beach and bus station

Cons: Had trouble selecting all TV channels but managed to view via TV station catchup Apps. Rear apartment door was unable to be locked, although this was scheduled for fixing.

Couldn’t ask for more - lovely apartment in cracking location to Fistral beach

Pros: The apartment catered comfortably for all our needs during our stay. Lovely bathroom/shower room, always hot showers and light, bright kitchen living space with a good quality kitchen.. couldn’t ask for more.

Cons: Overall very good but the door from lounge to outside balcony couldn’t be locked & some of the windows were a bit dodgy. Didn’t effect our stay but some people may be cautious about leaving valuables in the flat. Also couldn’t seem to access flats via main door, so had to access via parking every time…

Pros: Was in a great location which was close to both fistral and towan beach, great value for money , miles better than staying at a hotel and the balcony just topped it off...would definitely book and stay again 😀

Cons: The car park is a bit tight but it's better than not having anywhere to park i guess. But i do appreciate how the discreet the car park is too, aswell as being able to take a lift straight up to your floor.

Very nice stay in Newquay

Pros: The property was amazing and very comfortable. Had lots of fun w my family. Very clean and modern looking flat. Owner replied very promptly with all questions as well.

Cons: There was a little problem with the locks on the balcony doors, I prefer locking everything to feel safer. It was the second floor but was by the car park so felt a little unsafe. But nothing happened.
