Pros: The property was lovely and clean with a comfortable bed and everything I needed. It's also close to the shops. Audrey was very friendly and helpful.

Pros: The location was perfect, nice and quiet. Heating was put on for us, so it was nice and warm on our arrival as we did not get to the accommodation till late as we had travelled from Torquay after being at a funeral and host was there to welcome us would highly recommend this accommodation. Thank you for having us hope to see you again.

Pros: Audrey’s place was ideal for our day and evening in Newquay. Close to town, comfortable and quiet. We were greeted by Audrey and shown around. The accommodation is surprisingly spacious with everything you could expect to find. Will definitely be looking to staying again in the future. Thank you 🙏🏻

A real gem in the centre of Newquay

Pros: I had only stayed here for the first time 8 days earlier, for one night. It was so lovely, and conveniently located, that I had no hesitation in booking another two nights to extend my holiday in Newquay after having to leave my weekly accommodation. Audrey was very helpful and accommodating again, and I would definitely return in the future.

A lovely little gem, located very close to the town centre, and I wished I could have stayed for a whole week.

Pros: A very clean, modern and compact studio flat, perfect for a stay in Newquay. The parking was great, and I was welcomed with some fresh milk, biscuits, tea and sugar. I liked that the property has internet, a little air fryer, a very comfortable bed with lots of pillows to choose from, hand soap and shower gel in the bathroom, kitchen roll and lots of little touches in terms of extra kitchen bits, including a tray if you want to eat in bed watching the very large television on the wall. I only stopped for one night but wish I had booked this property for the whole week, as it was great and the host was friendly and helpful. It is a safe location and a bit of a hill to get into the town, but fine for anyone who’s reasonably fit, and it’s a very short walk too - around 10 minutes. The advertised photos are true to my experience.

Pros: The apartment was spotlessly clean, our host was so friendly. The apartment is a short walk from the town, about 7 minutes but is on a hill so watch for that walking to the apartment if you have mobility issues. The bed was so comfortable, lovely quiet area.
