Pros: Great central location but you need to be fit to get up the hill.

Cons: Parking spot for flat 4 is tricky to get into. This was made more difficult by the storing of a mobility scooter restricting access.

A* location and lovely accommodation

Pros: The location was excellent, just a short downhill walk, and you were in town. Easy access to shops and a walkable distance to beeches and other activities. The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our short stay.

Cons: I read in another post about the parking, and it is very tight. We had a small car, so we managed to get in but had some trouble as there was a bike parked close to the bay. Also, the wi-fi barely worked, which meant we couldn't sit with the kids and watch tv for a bit of quiet time before they went to bed.

A very good flat

Pros: Flat was clean and well layed out close to all facilities that we neaded.

Cons: Internet was a bit slow but no other problems with the flat.

Great stay, would recommend!

Pros: Great location, very clean and comfortable, spacious apartment, easy check-in. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Newquay!

Cons: Lacking an extra sofa for better seating arrangement and wifi was poor - but not a dealbreaker.

Cons: Only issue was the lack of tea and coffee on arrival as pictured after a 5 hour drive would of been nice to have a cuppa before heading to the shops

All wants were included, great place, great price.

Pros: The location was great, just in town but not so much that you'll have the road / night life noise. Felt very private and secure. Fantastic apartment with plenty of space and storage. Washing liquid, tea, auger was all there that we could use. Great smart TV with PlayStation. Can connect phones, watch TV, Netflix etc. Very happy.

Cons: Can't say there's anything we disliked. Only thing that I could say was missing, was an ashtray for the smokers of the group. Nice outdoor / balcony area though, used a disposable cup instead for them.

Convenient City Stay

Pros: Clean and tidy, well presented and close to town. Well equipped.

Cons: All good. Problem on day of departure with a security garage door which would not open. Three hour delay leaving for next venue.

Pros: The location, layout and facilities were excellent. I particularly liked that you could access the apartment from the side door.

Cons: The car parking is rather tight, glad i dont have an suv. The hot water wasnt working but Aimee sorted that very quickly and we found a charcoal pizza in the oven.

Great time in Newquay!

Pros: Great location, really nice apartment and well kept. The beach and town center was only down the hill and the apartment was comfy, spacious well decorated and had all the necessitates needed.

Cons: The parking was not great with the spot provided i was not able to get my car in (BMW 4 series) so had to find alternative parking on a road nearby. The lockbox was a bit stiff to open and the WIFI was not the best, at times being slow.

Cons: There was car parking but the space was tight to get into but was manageable.
