Needs some TLC

Pros: The location was great, near the town. A car parking spot was provided, although tight it was an added bonus. The apartment was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable, towels were lovely. Nice modern bathrooms. Nice to have balcony and outside space

Cons: When we arrived i had a shower, but the tray was blocked so overflowed. Messaged owner, told me to put some drain unblocker down it and the hose of the shower to clear it, apparently the sand blocks it. Don't think this was up to us to do. Should perhaps be on checklist for cleaners. No instructions for washer dryer, tried to Google it but no luck. Bar stools didn't work, one stuck high, one stuck low. Dining room chairs were uncomfortable and not safe, make you sit forward, some fixings look broken underneath, really need replacing. Quite easy to hit head on extractor hood. The plinth below kitchen units kept falling off , in the end we just left it down All the kitchen unit doors need aligning, you have to lift the washing machine one up to close it Tried to use grill in microwave but just generated too much smoke Kitchen door to hall scrapes the floor and damaged it..shame Patio door is very difficult to open Some bulbs are not working This is a lovely property but just needs some attention and tlc

Amazing apartment in perfect location

Pros: Location was great - few mins walk to town and beach. Tesco close by and some lovely restaurants and bars Lovely bathrooms and bedrooms Great living room and kitchen Plenty of space for 4 people Car parking space was also really great

Cons: Nothing...it was all great.

Great location but very noisy at night

Pros: Great location. The apartment was super clean and the beds very comfy.

Cons: Very little sound proofing so woken up each night by the upstairs flat. We all hit our head on the extractor hood!! Only one set of keys for two couples wasn't ideal.

Pros: Nice big apartment, clean and comfortable and only down the hill- a short walk to all the shops and local amenities

Pros: Location, big tv, beds were comfy. Car packing space was good but very tight, big cars might struggle.

Cons: Sofa was very soft felt like the the springs must have gone ages ago. The window in one of the bedrooms was missing a key and wouldn’t shut. Thought check in was ridiculously late at 4pm when check out was 10am.

Excellent stay, good wheelchair access.

Pros: I chose this flat due to its proximity to town but mainly that it had disabled access, suitable for wheelchairs. The flat was spacious and tidy and had more than was needed for our stay. There was a little confusion as there are 2 steps from the garage to the internal lift, I did not realise that this was not the main entrance which was accessible via a side alley, (leaving this here for any future wheelchair users). The owner replied to me promptly with this information, and we were able to get my sisters wheelchair inside. Lovely view from the balcony, which we enjoyed sitting out on in the evenings. We also didn't need to use the van for my sister the entire time as town and places like newquay Zoo were so easy and quick to reach. 2 bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower, meant that all of us were accommodated, and again accessibility was great. Large living area meant we had a comfortable stay.

Cons: There is a large pot hole just outside of the main entrance doors, and the ground is really uneven. Made it a little difficult to manoeuvre a heavy electric wheelchair around it.

Great place!

Pros: The apartment is great! Close to beach and supermarket!

We enjoyed staying at Oceans View 3 and definitely come again.

Pros: It was having balcony, the beds were very comfortable and we lacked nothing!

Cons: One the bar stools wouldn’t stay up. The chairs around the dining table were very uncomfortable and the a little too comfortable!

Met our needs perfectly.

Pros: Location close to town and beaches, excellent but at the top of a big hill. Great exercise.

Cons: The sofa gave me back ache.

Pros: Clean. All facilities you need. Sea glimpses- bonus.
