Nice place - quiet - easily accessible to shops buses beach etc...and a helpful host too.

Pros: Comfortable, clean flat - small, better for 1 than 2. Everything in it though - well equipped kitchen comfortable and very clean

Cons: I would've really liked a cuppa on arrival but no milk no t bags no rubber gloves either (thats a me thing I know :) ) but everything in the flat was good.

Enjoyed our time there.

Pros: The flat is in a good, central location, close to town centre and beaches, there´s a parking space, too - very useful in busy Newquay. The place is spacious enough for two people, in good weather, you can also use the terrace (acing the backyard, though). We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Cons: Not a problem for my small car, but might be a problem if you drive bigger car / an SUV : the parking space is rather narrow.

Week in newquay

Pros: Flat was lovely and comfortable has every thing you need. I stayed for 7 days and it was a great base for everything I wanted to do. Good communication from host from start of booking .

Cons: Could do some maintenance..note to say decking could be slippy when wet ..some areas of decking need replacing .. Parking is very tight at back of property. Plug in bathroom sink is sticking
