Pros: Superbly located apartments on Tolcarne beach. Good beach cafe and restaurant on site. High standard cooking facilities, pans, knives etc. I brought my own and didn't need them. If you have a large/long car don't take it to the bottom of the hill. It's a lot easier going down than coming back up. There is a shuttle service for luggage.

Pros: The location is stunning! Waking up right on the beach is amazing. The restaurant on site is lovely. Well equipped, comfortable apartment.

Cons: We found the apartment quite hot but it was in the summer. A few fans would have been nice.

Wonderful!

Pros: Fantastic location, right on the beach, comfortable, great decor and away from all the busy town. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets from the balcony. Restaurant is great too.

Highly recommend.

Pros: Not near the beach, ON the beach. Really cool. Sound of waves in the evening, sunsets clearly visible. The restaurant (colonial) is maybe also the best in Newquay, at least the best we found. Great food and service.

Pros: The apartment was so clean and had everything you needed. The view was amazing and the location was perfect! The food from the colonial restaurant was also delicious!

A beautiful location, and a very comfortable stay.

Pros: The location of the apartments here is stunning. We stayed for 2 nights and had an amazing time, the staff here are so friendly and helped to make our stay very relaxing. We hired surf boards and wet suits from the reception at a very reasonable price for the full day, you can also body board if you prefer and it feels very safe with Lifeguards on the beach. The rooms are very nicely decorated and the master bed room had beautiful views across the beach. We are planning to return to stay for longer next time.

Great place to stay! Would definitely recommend it!

Pros: It was a very beautiful property with a lovely view of the beach to wake up to every morning!

Cons: It got a bit stuffy and warm at night, which made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep given really hot weather.

Pros: Location and views were amazing. The beds were comfortable and the balcony was our favourite part. Staff were friendly and very accommodating.

Cons: The steps 🤣. Love hate relationship. It's the price you pay to wake up on the beach. Fortunately if you are not able for the walk up or steps, there is a buggy onsite and you can ask at reception for a lift up
