Comfortable stay at Flat 4

Pros: The flat was very spacious. Comfortable and clean. Everything we needed for the holiday.

Cons: We struggled to gain entry to the building. The keylock box was jammed shut. We had to phone the mobile number on the email we recieved should any problems arise. We phoned and explained that it was jammed. Kevin came out promptly and helped us to get it. We didn't use it the rest of the week . Just kept the key with us. The same happened on the day of leaving. We struggled to open the key safe box to return the key. After some time we managed it but it needs to be fixed.

Lovely apartment in a good location but away from the hustle.

Pros: The apartment is well equipped and centrally located. It was clean and comfortable and the fresh flowers on the dining table were a lovely touch. There are some nice restaurants close by and Newquay Zoo is just a short walk away.

Great holiday hope to be back there one day in the future

Pros: It was great value for money just what we needed somewhere to sleep that’s clean and tidy

Cons: Nothing not to like

Pros: Flat 4 for everything So handy for Buses,shopping etc.This is the second year we have been to flat 4

Pros: The apartment is great, well equipped, impeccably clean, quiet neighborhood, close to the center, beach, supermarket and train station, I recommend it.

Cons: Communication with guests could be better.

Pros: Very cosy and bed was one of the most comfortable have slept on.

Pros: The apartment was very comfortable and all the rooms were large. The accommodation was also close to all the amenities.

Cons: Everything was fine.

Pros: The flat had been thought out the Decor and extras like the books and games etc.Pictures on the walls and we'll equipped kitchen a Also the situation of the flat for the buses shops etc

Cons: I would have liked a full length mirror in the main bedroom

A star accommodation in Newquay

Pros: Lovely flat, perfect location, own parking space was ideal, fresh, bright modern and clean, accommodation had everything we needed, perfect place to stay Would highly recommend staying here.

Cons: Nothing bad to report on this flat, everything was perfect for our stay in Newquay and the accommodation helped make our stay a little home from home
