Pentire Headland Retreat

Excellent communication with Ralph and a lovely clean cosy apartment

Pros: The property was spotless , spacious, very warm , cosy and Well equipped . The beds were very comfortable and clean , ample coffee , tea and hot chocolate including a coffee machine The location was perfect ,close to Fistral beach and the town centre with many coastal walks. On arrival there was a birthday cake and a bottle of wine which was a lovely gesture as we were celebrating my daughter’s birthday .I would highly recommend Pentire headland retreat and we will definitely be returning

Beautiful place to spend a few days.

Pros: Such a warm, welcoming and lovely apartment with everything you could need for a comfortable and homely stay. So well presented and we immediately felt we were staying somewhere special. Such a super location for both Newquay and exploring a wonderful part of the country.

Absolutely amazing! Superb apartment, friendly staff and close to the sea.

Pros: The property was finished to a very high standard. The beds were super comfy with plenty of pillows and extra bedding if needed. The property was exceptionally clean on arrival and smelt amazing. The kitchen had everything that you would need for your stay. The corner sofa was just amazingly comfortable with plenty of cushions. I only wish we could have stayed longer. The staff were available for any eventually and were super friendly and helpful.

Cons: I couldn’t honestly fault the apartment.

Pros: Lovely apartment, very clean and comfortable. The beds were great and the apartment had everything you needed. Good location. The welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch.

Cons: The plug sockets were quite far from the mirror in the smaller double bedroom maybe change the layout a bit or put another mirror near the sockets?

Pros: Beautiful place... spotless, clean large fridge, nice little balcony, great communication from owner, bus on doorstep, bathroom like a rainforest, plenty of loo roll, washing up stuff, really really nice place.

Cons: My only problem was that the cleaning bond of £200 took over a week to refund... this is probably because it had to go into an Aussie bank account and was paid back by e-cheque but because this was the last place we stayed before flying home (with the very successful English,Irish Lions Rugby team on our plane...congrats on your 2025 win guys... kind of impressive after all those G and T's and beers you consumed whilst occupying the emergency exit row.....)... it would have been nice if the transaction had processed faster.

Excellent stay, great hosts, would recommend.

Pros: Lovely apartment in a great location with everything we needed for our short break. Very comfortable, and we appreciated the provision of essentials such as olive oil, salt and pepper, and a bottle of wine!

Little piece of heaven away from home
