Awesome base for adventuring in the perfect location.

Pros: Perfect view and location not far from the beach making it ideal. Pool is excellent and warm! 123 cabs additionally brilliant if you choose not to drive locally. I’d almost give it the perfect 10 for all these reasons alone.

Cons: Internet practically nonexistent - hotspotting and buying top up data all week for the gazillion gadgets. Could use a ‘Smart’ tv in the lounge- an expected norm in modern travel. Easy fixes.

Cons: Few v minor bits in apartment need fixing but didn’t spoil our stay at all.

An absolute gem. We'd happily return.

Pros: 14 Surf View is a lovely apartment, well-equipped, comfortable and with a splendid view over Fistral Beach. It's also very good value, and has a dedicated parking space. We had a most enjoyable few days and would very happily return.

Pros: Outstanding location. 5 min slow walk to Fistral. Secure parking. Friendly locals. Clean & modern. Brilliant pool. Incredible view. Sensational Gardens. Quiet & safe for families. Superb nature walk outside (100m or so).

Cons: Toilet seat wouldn't stay up (petty)

Would highly recommend although a little expensive.

Pros: The apartment was exactly as described, great location, great view and very close to the beach. Apartment was clean and everything we needed was provided. Struggled opening the key safe on arrival but a member of staff was sent out to help after a phone cal.

Wonderful location, well maintained flat!

Pros: Location was really nice, host Alan was helpful ans available all the time. Close to fistral beach makes it even more attractive. Swimming pool was also good.

Cons: Unfortunately we had extremely noisy neighbours in flat 16, during our stay. They were Playing music and shouting till 1 am in night. So the sound across the flat is something problematic. Having said that, host was quick to respond to my complaint. It depends in the family which comes in. We ended up having horrendous people who had zero civic sense.
