Would stay again and definitely recommend.

Pros: Very spacious It’s close enough to walk into Newquay but far enough to be away from the huddle and bustle. Great for walking and getting your steps in. Quiet apartment block.

Cons: Decor is a little dated.

Pros: Really nice flat with everything you need. Even has a good sea view that I don't think shows in the photos.

Pros: Loved the location a 15min Walk to South Fistrel and a 10min walk and ferry over to Cranntock, the little balcony overlooking Fistrel was brilliant in the mornings

Cons: It really smelled of Dog when we got there but aired out ok by the second day. Could have done with a large Pan for boiling pasta. Could do with a smart TV box, The location is incorrect on booking.com and I’ve no idea why there is no reason people wouldn’t book this place it is 1.2miles into town but it’s surely better to let people know where it is?

Pros: The property itself is great. Had everything we needed.

Cons: This is the description of the location of the property: Set 500 metres from Great Western Beach and 500 metres from Tolcarne Beach in the centre of Newquay, Cribbar View offers accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. The 4-star apartment features sea views and is less than 1 km from Lusty Glaze Beach. The property is non-smoking and is located 300 metres from Newquay Train Station. The property is actually very close to Fistral Beach, 3km from the train station, 4km from Lusty Glaze...... We originally booked it to be near to friends who live near Lusty Glaze. Once we had booked it and we were sent the actual address we realised that it was nowhere near where we wanted to be. I emailed the property but never received a response! We made it work but it was very disappointing.

Pros: The Apartment is absolutely stunning, clean and has everything you need. A home from home. The views of Fistral were fantastic. Very well equipped and very comfortable! The scones were a lovely treat to. Owners checked in with me via phone on the 2nd day, just to make sure I checked in ok and and kept me up to date on new bin codes. Would definitely stay again! Superb apartment!

Cons: The mixer showers going hot and cold was a bit of a pain. Also, need to check the light bulbs as the cooker hood one of those did not work. Also, the one above the boiler cupboard didn't either. Plus, the right one under the worktop by the kettle kept going out. Noticed cupboard under sink was wet, but that was just the cleaning spray leaking, so put into a zip lock bag for them. But overall a lovely stay! Just a few little gripes =)

PERFECT IN EVERY WAY WE IMAGINED - COULDN'T BE CLOSER TO FISTRAL BEACH.

Pros: Excellent location first class spacious apartment with all the comforts of home very impressed.

Cons: Little kick back smell from kitchen sink easy problem to solve probably a blockage in u bend.
