2nd year in the bounce for us and we can’t wait to rebook for next years surf trip!

Pros: Great central location to Newquay town and we could walk with wetsuits and boards to surf every morning.

Cons: The bathroom got very wet when showering and properly felt a bit damp

Pros: Location was perfect. The apartment was really comfortable and had everything that I needed for my 2 night stay.

Cons: Lounge area felt slightly cool in the evening, however im aware its been cooler than a standard September. Also had the high winds whilst I was staying which won't have helped.

Pros: Location was amazing, beds were comfortable, the 2 bathrooms were great to have when there's a small group of you, shower was lovely and very good price for such a great location. We were also greeted with some nice treats on arrival which was a lovely touch.

Cons: Blinds didn't work in back bedroom, property was a little damp when we arrived and dining room table was broken so not safe to use. However would not stop us returning to stay here.

Excellent better location than i had thought

Pros: The code for the key box was different from what was listed on the book site; however, once we contacted the owner, she provided us with the correct code.

Cons: obviously the key code not being correct but this got resolved swiftly.

Short stay

Pros: Beautiful location .clean well maintained apartment well stocked to make your stay comfortable.

Cons: Bedding was not clean. There were marks on all the duvet covers and pillows. Mattress protectors need good washing.

Pros: Well-appointed apartment. Has everything you need. Comfortable beds. There is plenty of space even for 4 adults and 3 lively kids.

Comfortable, decent size apartment in brilliant location

Pros: Lovely apartment, decent sized bedrooms, comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms, clean on arrival. Excellent location and overall good value for money.

Cons: 2 of the 3 bedrooms had no hanging space which was a bit disappointing as staying 5 days and just had to leave all clothes in suitcases. Just a frame like in the double room would have been good. Also, no seal on main bathroom shower so water goes everywhere - would be a simple fix. Main lounge is a bit of a squeeze for 8 people but your obviously out most of time.
