Great location, good value for money for off season as I needed two bedrooms even though we were only one adult and one

Pros: Location excellent and great to have a parking space.

Cons: Was very dark outside the night we arrived and the solar lights on the outside steps didn’t come on. They were working the following evening (after a sunny day) so probably due to the poor weather the previous day/evening, but not ideal.

Pros: Superb views of the sea. Central to wherever you needed to get to in Newquay.

Pros: The apartment was lovely and really spacious, it had a brillant view, very clean and had everything you need. We had a wonderful time.

Cons: The stairs and enteance leading to the apartment needed updating.

Great value for money and superb views.

Pros: 1. Great value for money. 2. Tea and Coffee were available. Really useful after a long journey. 3. Shower gels, soap and towels provided. 4. Parking is easily accessible. Carpark over the road is free at night, cheap anyway. 5. Superb views out to sea. 6. Very clean.

Cons: Nothing major. 1. The entrance hall could do with a make over. 2. Bath needs a plug…
