Beach Side Top Floor Property

Excellent!! Amazing location, very clean & comfortable apartment with beautiful views

Pros: Location was amazing, right on the beach. The apartment was really comfortable, shower was excellent with plenty of hot water all day. The kitchen / living room was light and bright with beautiful views. Great friendly hosts. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Cons: Being honest, the loft room due to the access. We didn’t use it in the end and made a camp bed for our youngest on the floor in the main bedroom downstairs.

Pros: The view! Amazing location. Flat decor is beautiful and spotless. Wanted for nothing.

Cons: The stooping in the master bedroom but expected in a loft conversion.

Pros: Everything, location was perfect, lovely little touch leaving a bottle of prosseco for us would definitely stay again

Pros: The best thing about this property is the location. You come out of the property and step into the beach. The house is spacious and the design and interior decorations give you home away from home feelings. The bathroom shower is of high quality. The kitchen was equipped with appliances and utensils. There was nothing to complain about the property and services. We had a memorable stay there.

Cons: If the carpet could be changed to hard wood or a non-carpeted flooring in the dinning and living areas, it would be feel more hygienic.

Cons: Some people may find the stairs to the property difficult if they have some walking difficulties. Fine for us but be aware it’s on the top floor

Great location, beautiful views would definitely book again

Pros: Great location overlooking Porth beach which is literally a wander down from the apartment. Lovely veranda so you can sit and watch the sunrise/sunset. Great separate shower after a day at the beach with the option of a separate bath. Good sized dining table, fridge freezer and kitchen served our needs.

Cons: The sofa was not very comfortable and quite awkward to sit on. Be aware of the mezzanine bedroom which was fine for smaller children my 10 year old loved it but the 14 year old didn’t.

Pros: Great spot next to the beach. The house has everything you need, a lot of space and very comfortable. James & Ceri are very attentive.

Pros: Everything. Great place, fantastic location. Well worth a visit. The communication with Ceri and James was brilliant, answered queries quickly and were very welcoming.

Cons: There's nothing not to like. Some features may not be good for some, for example 3 flights of stairs to climb, low roof ceilings. This is not a dislike for us, my boys loved the quirkiness of the room in the rafters 💖
