Pros: Unit was amazing. Bed upstairs is the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in.

Cons: Main bathroom fan not working

Beautiful well appointed apartment. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back again in the future.

Pros: Loved the location. It’s right by Porth beach with great views of the sea. It was a beautiful modern apartment with the open plan living space upstairs to take advantage of the views and the bedrooms downstairs.

Cons: We didn’t dislike anything. In an ideal world we would have liked 2 bathrooms/toilets as we were sharing with another couple, but we knew this when we booked.

Lovely and well equipped Cottage

Pros: - Well equipped Cottage close to the beach - Great starting point to explore Newquay area

Cons: - Nothing

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage’s but couldn’t get the free WiFi. There is a phone number to call but no phone signal

Pros: We loved the location right opposite the beach. The oven & hob were the best I’ve ever cooked with and the kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need.

Cons: The only thing I’d change is to make one of the bedrooms a twin instead of having two doubles.

Exceptional location and modern well fitted cottage.

Pros: The cottage was very well appointed with every piece of kitchen equipment needed. There were some welcome touches( tea coffee milk etc on arrival) and the furniture and furnishings were very comfortable.

Cons: The patio door was rather heavy to open and initially I was afraid of damaging it.

Lovely stay

Pros: The location right by the beach is perfect and the views are lovely. Being so close to the beach I was surprised by how quiet it also was, making for a nice and peaceful stay. The apartment kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to cook and the living area has a nice cosy homely feel to it. The host was able to help with a couple of queries we had and was very polite and helpful .

Pros: Everything location, people were lovely always something to do and go

Pros: Excellent location. Comfortable bed and quality furniture. Nice view of the beech but it is restricted. Very quiet and a good place to relax.

Cons: The bathroom ceiling has black mould above the shower……not much but needs cleared. All the windows and patio doors are stiff of stuck as the sand gets into the fittings. Just needs a clean, vacuum and some WD40 to sort it.

Can’t wait to come back - couldn’t improve

Pros: High standard apartment, beds super comfortable, all you would need. Great location, amazing views, car parking space. We stayed in apartment 5 - was brilliant and really spacious. Two beds, open plan kitchen and lounge, en suite, bathroom and then a downstairs lounge too and small back garden. Really really lovely for a family stay.

Pros: This property has been finished to a very high standard. Everything is new and fresh and there is literally everything you need! One of the beds was a super king, the lights dim down, chargers next to the bed, TVs in most of the rooms, washing machine, dishwasher (and plenty of dishwasher tablets) The views were lush - we were in apartment 5. Blinds and curtains so rooms nice and dark at night. Under floor heating. The property is 10/10!!

Cons: The key safe was a bit tricky to use but this really is only a minor detail with all the amazing positive things about this place
