The Beach House & Porth Sands Apartments

Great property and location

Pros: I liked the location and property also parking facilities. The property had everything theat we needed for the break. The beach was also a bonus. it was close to shopping area. The property was clean and well presented.

Cons: The only thing was rthe beds were niot comfortable and a quality mattresses would have improved the stay

We had an amazing stay the apartment was fantastic and the views wow 🤩

Pros: Clear and precise instructions on how to enter the property

Cons: The pillows wernt the best but it did,nt upset our stay. Also washing up liquid and a T towel would have been nice, but I’ll remember that for the next time .

Pros: It was a great convenient location. It was a short car journey into the centre and ideal for days out to Truro, Lands end etc. The actual accommodation was creat, the bed was comfortable if not a little bit creaky. It was a nice touch providing us with provisions to make tea, coffee or hot chocolate on arrival not forgetting the biscuits. They were very much appreciated. Lovely regular sized fridge and freezer so we could do a single shop to last for our time there. All interactions with staff were positive and everyone was polite and pleasant.

Cons: The apartment sometimes felt a little over looked as there was a road at the rear, it wasn’t a big deal as we adjusted the blinds accordingly to give a bit more privacy.

Pros: Fabulous location and apartment very well appointed. Beautiful views of the beach and sea.

All good, Porth is a lovely place to stay.

Pros: Been staying in Porth for 10 years usually in 10 the Beach House. Stayed in Porth Sands before nicer apartments but view better from 10 the Beach House

Cons: Maybe more floor Matt and bathroom matt. And the noise from other rental.

Really enjoyed it would stay again at the same place but would have to be sea view

Cons: Tap in main bathroom requires some attention and the property would benefit from a fan in the main bedroom and living room , because the property is at the back and lower than the road it doesn’t get hardly any breeze and is very hot at night

Pros: The view, comfy beds, location, surrounding amenities

Cons: It wasn't very clean, there was so much sand around the edges of the lounge, I needed to pull the sofa out as we dropped something, it was filthy underneath. The shower screen in the main bathroom was all black at the bottom. There is surplus amounts of stuff in the kitchen cupboards and on top of the units that is not necessary.
