Excellent location. The apartment is spacious secure and tasteful decoration comfortable

Pros: Loved the private courtyard and accessibility to the back way to the beach. Very spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated apartment. Loved the secure parking and access

Cons: Hard to understand and control the thermostats for the heating. Especially since we stayed in September and the temperature dropped in the evenings.

Pros: Great property in perfect location for us. Short walk to the beach and into town. Bigger than we expected and really well equipped. Already booked to return!

Pros: Cleanliness ,also great location loved it ty.the garden was lovely .

Cons: Just limited tv channels.but everything else spot on .

Loved apartment especially having outside space

Pros: We loved it but door codes were a bit of a pain. Also we were given wrong apartment code so couldn’t access property until sorted!

Cons: We liked it but outside front door needs cleaning up ! Messy with weeds, a shame!

Brilliant but if you could make sure the weather is great all week that would have made it perfect

Pros: Excellent size and very comfortable. Brilliant with the garden as well.

Relaxing stay in Newquay. Was not too busy at this time of year middle of July.

Pros: The location for the beach was excellent. Be aware there are a number of stairs down to the beach at the apartment end of Fistral beach and have to be aware of the tide coming in as we had to climb over some rocks on way back. Though you could walk along the coastal path to the other end of the beach to get down and walk along the beach to other end on way back. Beach is dog friendly and loads of space during our visit. Town also not too busy in middle of July. Shops and restaurants 5-10 minutes away by car. Particularly liked Newquay harbour and The Boathouse for street food. Cove 24 also very nice. Probably best to book for the good restaurants.

Amazing apartment with everything you could need

Pros: Location is fantastic, just a short walk to Fistral beach and slightly longer into town. Such a spacious apartment with everything you could need, great, safe and secure outside area, perfect for those with little ones or pets. The decor is modern and very clean everywhere. Hosts were amazing and couldn’t be more helpful and responsive. Really easy to get to the apartment.

Pros: Everything was a Pleasant Surprise. Modern, Spacious, Very Clean and Extremely Well Appointed. A great apartment that was a pleasure to stay in. Excellent Value for Money too. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank You.

Cons: Vehicle access to the rear car park is a little tight.
