A very welcoming and comfortable place to stay.

Pros: A great breakfast- plenty of choice and a change from the usual 'fry-ups'. Contact pre-arrival was excellent and check-in a breeze. Location was great- very close to the railway station and an easy stroll to the town and its attractions.

Cons: One drawback was the traffic noise if the window was left open at night. Suggest a warning to bring ear plugs (or have these supplied in the room)-probably only applies to rooms at the front of the house).

Comfortable, good value and a superb breakfast.

Pros: This was a repeat visit and again we were well pleased by the warm welcome and the excellent facilities. The room, at the rear, was quiet and comfortable and the breakfast options were excellent.

Cons: Nothing.

Cons: A little noisy at night as the road is quite busy.

Enjoyed the friendly hosts who were available to help make our stay enjoyable.

Pros: A beautiful breakfast was provided with all tastes catered for. A real bonus. Salmon and scrambled eggs was favourite. Lovely rainforest shower and bathroom facilities. Close enough to walk to shops and beaches.

Great guest house, well priced, fab location and easy free parking.

Pros: Really lovely guest house, we met the owner who was lovely and very attentive. Great communication, nice facilities and great location. Will stay again for sure when down in Falmouth.
