We had an amazing time!! Many things to do in the area

Pros: It was really nice, Had a great time. The owners where really nice.

Pros: Great place. Great breakfast. Clean & comfortable. Easy walk to town/beach. On main bus route.

A lucky find and would unreservedly recommend it to friends and family.

Pros: Excellent breakfast cooked to order with very good quality ingredients. Excellent decor and relaxed atmosphere.

Pros: We were made to feel very welcome. We did not stay for long or we would have enjoyed the use of the bar and the sitting room downstairs. We walked across the fields into Perranporth for dinner. The view from the room across the fields was great - and the next door campsite was not at all noisy.

Pros: Lovely clean and airy. Had car charging always a plus. Lovely gardens at the back. Hosts were lovely and welcoming. Breakfast was lovely. Spotlessly clean. Can’t wait to go again

Cons: Nothing. I suppose if I had to say something. It’s helpful if you have a car to whip into perranporth but you can walk and there are taxis. But it’s nice being out of town as so quiet

Lovely hotel friendly couple running it would recommend it but not for disabled

Pros: small eight room hotel run by a couple with no other staff they were absolutely excellent service was beyond expectations. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent breakfast served very promptly. Good choice and freshly cooked. Lovely room but bathroom a bit small.

Cons: No provision for evening meal but also not suitable for disabled travellers I would recommend it to anybody who is able bodied but there are no bedrooms downstairs so lots of stairs to climb and no lift but it was a lovely place

Peaceful location but quaint bedroom with tiny shower room and not much of a wardrobe,

Pros: Peaceful location but hard to negotiate the coastal path into town. Got lost on the way back

Cons: Quaint room and tiny shower room. Overpriced for what was provided

A real find, we would definitely stay again.

Pros: Lovely welcome by Ulrica. The room was lovely, clean and spacious. Excellent breakfast. Had a great bar for a couple of drinks before turning in. Great value for money.

Cons: Nothing.

Very clean and comfortable hotel with very helpful staff. Noise through the floor from above.

Pros: Location was as described and a 20 to 30 minute walk to town

Cons: Sound proofing from upstairs room

Pros: The owners couldn’t do enough for you and it is very clean and homely.

Cons: There was a smell of drains on our first night Room 4. Breakfast was good but a bit cold and toast wasn’t done enough
