Bay House Lobber Port Isaac Apartment with Sea Views & Parking

Good value for money. Very clean. Good communication prior to arrival

Pros: We had booked into a restaurant opposite the property. With restricted mobility the location was perfect. Parking a bonus.

Cons: The bed in the principal bedroom was small for us-we are used to a king size.

Great stay in Port Isaac

Pros: Great property to stay in Perfect location Would stay there again if I was to return to port Isaac

Pros: Fantastic location and comfortable accommodation for a family of 4. The email and notes from the host were very helpful

Lovely location and great stay

Pros: Location was absolutely perfect, everything was very clean and we had an absolutely great time.

Cons: Upstairs was very noisy. Particularly the first guests who were running and jumping at all hours waking us up. 2nd guests were respectful so could just hear general noise of them walking around. Didn’t have any additional bin bags, washing up sponges or cloths which we had to go out and buy.

Pros: Good location, short walk to village centre. Good clean comfortable place to stay.

Cons: Occupants moving around upstairs & broadband not working. Both very minor things.

Pros: Helen was very helpful and made us feel very welcomed. On the first day the village had a power cut that affected the fridge/freezer and the internet facilities however, Helen was really helpful and sorted out a new fridge freezer which arrived in the next day. She came by herself to make sure that everything was going as planned. She also spent a few hours over the phone to the internet company to get this sorted ASAP. Very pleased with Helen's hospitality, the nice location which is a few steps from the sea, the harbour and in the heart of Port Isaac! Definitely recommend and worth a visit again.

wow..........don't let this one pass you by

Pros: There is nothing we didn't like about this property, it was very close to town, exceptionally clean, there was everything you could possibly need and more from a holiday let

Pleasant and relaxing

Pros: Good location, close to the beach, the village centre and restaurants and pubs.

Cons: It was very hot and being at ground floor we couldn’t leave the windows open during night.

I wish we could have stayed longer

Pros: Location in centre of village. Lovely interior, homely and well equipped.

Fabulous place and incredibly helpful owner

Pros: Fab place, in a great location, had everything you needed got a short break!
