A Modern and spacious apartment with wonderful views

Pros: Beautiful space, clean and bright with amazing views, everything you need for a lovely stay.

Extremely comfortable, peaceful well equipped house with stunning views.

Pros: The property was in an immaculate condition and better equipped than our own home. The views from both the lounge and bedroom were stunning. There were some lovely touches such as the use of binoculars to enjoy the views, and plenty of tea and coffee etc. Albeit there was only the two of us a family of four would have plenty of space and be very comfortable. The double bed was very comfortable. The location was a 5 mins walk through the village to the main harbour where it is well served with cafes, restaurants and pubs. The drive to the parking down the narrow lane could be an issue in busier times but didn't present us with any issues.

Cons: This is not so much a dislike but more an observation. It didn't present us with any issues but could be an issue with large vehicles.

I had an excellent time at Polperro and staying at your property.

Pros: All the accommodation was excellent. Lovely property. Would highly recommend.

Cons: Roads to property were quite steep and narrow., But parking space for my vehicle was good.

Pros: The accommodation was exceptionally clean. Beds were extremely comfortable. The weather was very hot during our stay and the apartment would really benefit from some fans. Fortunately we had taken our own but it’s perhaps not something everyone would do.

Our stay was amazing here would definitely recommend and would book again in a heartbeat you won’t be disappointed

Pros: Property location over the harbour the views are amazing property was very clean beds very comfortable everything you need is here

Cons: Nothing just perfect only to be aware the walk up from the harbour and shops can be difficult if you’re not fit but we expected this being so high up but wanted the views.

Bright, spacious, very well-kitted out apartment in a superb location, with outstanding sea views.

Pros: Pretty much everything! The view is incredible & the location is perfect, but beware the steep climb from the town centre! The apartment was very well-appointed and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including convenient parking spot. Arrival & departure was hassle-free.

Cons: A couple of small things: firstly, there is no balcony or outside space belonging to the apartment. Secondly, it would have been lovely to be able to curl up on a sofa to look at the view, but the apartment is arranged with the dining table next to the window and just one moveable easy chair.

Pros: Everything great . Apartment is fitted to a high standard. Everything you need to cook . Great quality bed linen and towels . Amazing views over Polperro

Pros: The stunning view, spacious living area. Comfortable beds and a good size bedroom.

Cons: Not enough hooks or shelves in the bathroom. Refrigerator needs to be attached to the wall.

The best holiday we’ve ever had in years. A very special place hard to beat.

Pros: The property had spectacular views. It was very clean and had everything you would want for your stay. The owners were very kind and let us use another property’s terrace which added to our stay as the weather was glorious. The beds were very comfortable and linen and towels of the highest quality.

Cons: Very little.There is a very steep hill to climb but you wouldn’t have had the amazing view of the harbour and sea which we spent a lot of time admiring.
