Very pleasant accommodation in centre of St Austell. Quiet and comfortable

Pros: Very smart and attractive. Comfortable and nicely stocked with consumables. Very thoughtfully equipped with games and books.

Cons: Awkward driveway to negotiate. Although a hob and microwave were supplied an oven was not.

Clean, comfy and well located flat

Pros: The flat is comfortable, clean and warm. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedroom really comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the honey available to purchase and made by bees in the garden!

Cons: Nothing that springs to mind.

Perfect

Pros: Property was lovely , so comfortable with everything you needed, lots of lovely touches and finished to a very high standard. The garden was stunning and Kate and Alan were so kind , we had to go to St Austell hospital and Alan dropped us there and collected us and it really made things a lot easier. Would highly recommend and would definitely go back .

Lovely

Pros: Good location, about a 10 minute walk from the train station and buses to get to Eden Project and Heligan , near to shops and cinema. Semi basement flat at the back so really lovely and quiet. Welcome pack nice touch

it was a beautiful stay, everything was perfect, the location, layout, everything was amazing

Pros: the property was in a beautiful location, only 10 min walk from the train station too, it was so cosy and comfortable & was nice and clean upon arrival. The host was also very attentive and I would definitely come back

Pros: This basement flat was lovely and comfortable, with helpful additions like tea, coffee, and bread for breakfast. The property was cozy and warm and felt very clean. Kate was a great host, leaving clear and good instructions and offering help as needed.

Cons: While the parking was a bit of a challenge, it was a very useful thing to have in such a central location.

Pros: Gute Lage (fußläufig zum Zentrum und zum Hbf), bequem eingerichtet und sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Hosts.

Cons: Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Souterrain und bringt damit die erwartbaren Nachteile mit sich (Luft- und L ichtverhältnisse). Als Verbesserungsvorschlag würde ich mir Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern wünschen, um durchlüften zu können, ohne vielbeinige Gäste in die Wohnung zu lassen.

Amazing short stay

Pros: We really enjoyed staying at The Hive. It has everything you need and so nicely decorated, with lovely gardens if the weather is kind. Hosts were lovely to meet and with all the little touches provided, we couldn't have wanted more.

Cons: There is nothing to not like. Couldn't fault a thing
