Pros: Was in centre of town. Location as accessible for travelling to other areas. Had well stocked kitchen and good layout. Parking near by.

Pros: Great central location. Lovely lay-out to the apartment, to a high spec. Obviously, quite new, but very clean. Good instructions and couldn't be more helpful.

A really good property in a great location.

Pros: Great location close to the rail and bus station with easy access to the rest of Cornwall, the property has one double and one single bedroom with shower over bath. A hop, skip and jump and you’re In the town with all the shops and facilities you would require for a stay.

Cons: Difficult to see the key safe when it’s dark, the only reason I mention this is the fact it was pouring with rain when I arrived back late one evening and found it almost impossible to see, Note to self: bring a small torch! This is by no means a negative about the property just information for potential guests visiting over the winter months.

A well deserved mini break in a comfortable and well appointed flat.

Pros: The property is in an excellent position just a short walk from the train and bus station which is how we got around. It has everything you would need to cook a meal or is an easy walk into the town where there are a selection of pubs, but not many restaurants. The accommodation is spacious and very comfortable and convenient for public transport. The bay window seat is a great place to people watch and listen to the church bells. The bathroom is adequate and has a shower over the bath. The double bedroom is large and has good storage and a useful dressing table and is very comfortable. The single room is very small and the bed is low making it perfect for a child but as an adult I found it still very comfortable if a little compact. The underfloor heating was nice but it wasn’t too cold the week we stayed so can’t comment on it’s effectiveness.

Cons: The top shelves in the kitchen cupboards are very difficult to access and that is where the appliance instructions are. The laminate flooring makes the furniture very slippery unfortunately. The dining table slides with just a gentle touch and the sofa slid easily when standing or sitting.
