Super quality and spacious one bed appartment

Pros: Very spacious for a one bed with an excellent bathroom and very large double bed. Lots of extra touches such as tea/coffee, night lights and good quality items inside. Close to town and a dog friendly sandy beach. Will go again next year.

Cons: Strange tray table in the bathroom! Parking space a little tight but then again so is St Ives and it's invaluable.

Exceptional!

Pros: Loved the location and it was a joy to stay in this stylish, spacious apartment. Just perfect for one or two people. Close to town and beautiful Porthminster Beach & Cafe. Welcome bag of coffee, tea, sugar & cookies very much appreciated.

Cons: It was hard to find correct key box on arrival, then really hard to open it. Other guests had trouble too. Also, no soap or toiletries provided. I wouldn't expect to have to buy soap for a few days' stay.

Fantastic, view, modern comforts, very friendly and responsive staff

Pros: Fantastic location, great view, modern decor, well equipped, very clean and comfortable. The staff we really accommodating and responsive with special requests.

Cons: The parking bay (number 2), was a bit tight for our car but we were able to find an alternative easy enough (in off peak season).
