Lovely views and very comfortable. Thanks for the scones!

Pros: The property has lovely views of the sea and the furniture was very comfortable. It was clean and well taken care of. We were left scones, jam, clotted cream and milk which was very welcome!

Cons: We weren’t left a washing up sponge/cloth and only 1 toilet roll for the duration of the stay. Seemed like it could have been an oversight. A decomposing dead rat was in the parking space at the front of the property.

Mostly good but needs better customer service when there is a problem needing attention.

Pros: Good location but a little difficult to initially find, def needed Google maps. Nice and tidy and clean. Washer dryer very handy and appreciated the scones on arrival.

Cons: There was no hot water in either the kitchen or vanity taps. The shower has its on heater so was fine but to have no hot water for a week was very disappointing and inconvenient for washing up. We had to boil the jug every time to do dishes and no hot water in the bathroom. We notified the management 3 times by msg and never heard back from them and once by phone call but did not get any satisfaction in fixing the situation. Would be reluctant to book again unless there was an assurance this problem has been fixed. One does expect to have hot water when booking a property!!!
