Perfect from start to finish .

Pros: The apartment had an amazing view from the balcony. We were able to see the firework on New Year’s Eve very well . We thought the decor in the flat was exceptional and we liked all the little finishing touches. Thank you also for the bottle of wine and biscuits . Our stay could not have been any better. You thought of everything.

Pros: We were made to feel very welcome with messages, information and thoughtful treats. The flat was comfortable and fantastically designed, giving a spacious bright feel. Spotlessly clean, well presented with everything you need for your stay. Even had a spare umbrella which came in handy! Perfect base for a walk into St Ives or a drive further afield.

Cons: Having to come home!

Pros: Everything was perfect. Great facilities and comfy bed. Parking was great and a decent size which is rare in St Ives. Will definitely be staying again.

Pros: It was so perfect. So cosy with everything that you needed. You could tell that a lot of love and care was put into designing this little flat.

Pros: A great spot with parking in St Ives. Easy to walk downhill into town; 10mins walk to The Tate. Beautifully decorated, great palette 🎨 very cosy. Sea view from Balcony & a bathroom window 🌊

Lovely spot for a few nights in St Ives.

Pros: The studio flat was lovely, well equipped, comfortable bed, excellent shower, parking. Easy to get into the centre of town by walking and also to get out of town in the car.

Cons: Nothing about the flat. The walk up from the centre is a bit of an uphill pull.

Pros: Imaginatively decorated flat, fully equipped with the availability of on site parking. We came by train and travelled light but the uphill 20 minute walk wasn't too strenuous and the nearby Café Bre became our go to breakfast place. Communication with the Property Owner Sher was excellent and the location on the corner of Alexandra Road and Alexandra Terrace made it easy to find. Very well received Welcome Gifts awaited us and the Balcony provided a genuine Ocean view rather than a glimpse.

Cons: If you're the kind of person who travels with heavy or numerous items of luggage or has mobility issues you will need a car or a taxi service.

Pros: Very cute little flat with everything you need. The bed was very comfortable, and the little gifts from the host were a lovely surprise. We were very happy.
