Self contained double bedroom with ensuite

OUTSTANDING

Pros: Our stay here was amazing so peaceful. The accommodation is ultra modern, chic,comfortable and clean. The FREE PARKING is a bonus in St Ives as PARKING can be a nightmare in this gorgeous,idyllic sunny part of the UK. If you are thinking of booking this accommodation please don't hesitate just book you will not be disappointed.

Perfect accommodation

Pros: Perfect location room was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Felt totally relaxed at the property & would certainly stay again, highly recommended!

Pros: The property is in a car friendly location which meant there was no need to navigate around the tight turns associated with St. Ives & featured private off road parking. The room has a modern feel with quality furnishings & a comfy double bed with a beautiful en-suite bathroom.

Cons: There was nothing I disliked about the property although I feel it could have benefited from a full length mirror which could be sighted in the entrance corridor on the left wall in a position where you could view yourself from inside the room with the bedroom door open.

Treverbyn apartment

Pros: Proximity to town/harbour centre, and to the coastal walks. Quiet, restful apartment location, its own entrance, newly decorated, very clean, good shower, comfy bed, WiFi, handy TV.

Nice quality unit with a few issues that would have made it perfect.

Pros: The unit was decorated to a high spec with quality bed and linen/towels. Good TV and kettle provided.

Cons: Cleaning - dusty skirting and hair in bathroom by shower. A mirror was needed in the bedroom Electric shower so not much pressure. Larger bin A hook in the bathroom

Nice visit

Pros: My Wife and I have stayed at St Ives before but this was the first time we have stayed at this accommodation. The room and bathroom were finished to a good standard and were very clean. The bed was comfy and the lighting was good for reading The room was a bit on the small side but for our four night visit it was fine. I really liked the parking as it had plenty of room and was on a private drive. The room had tea and coffee making facility's and it was well equipped. To access the accommodation you have to retrieve a key from a lock box but it is well lit so did not cause us any issues. We only met the hosts briefly but they seemed very nice and friendly.

Cons: If you have problems walking up hills then please be aware that although the beech and centre of St Ives are close it is quite a steep climb up to the accommodation.

Pros: Location was perfect, very comfortable and homely. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent stay, great hosts, a great base to explore St Ives

Pros: Great location so close to St Ives and the beaches and restaurants.

Cons: Shower temperature was a bit sporadic, needed to be on cold for a hot shower. If it was on hot it was scalding hot.

Pros: Lovely, clean & cosy property. Luke and his family made us feel very welcomed. Beach is seconds away. We were lucky with the heatwave and added an extra day to our stay, which was easily accommodated by Luke. Thank you, guys!

Cons: Everything was great.

Pros: Nice and Clean small apartement, located in a quiet neighbourhood. Hast everything you need.
