Modern, clean apartment with everything you need in a great location.

Pros: The apartment is perfect. Home from home. The excellent facilities meant we were able to enjoy busy days out and about in Cornwall and then come back, cook a meal and relax in the apartment. I slept so well, the area was lovely and quiet. The advantage of having a garage meant we never had to worry about where we were parking the car. Location is brilliant locally, 20 minute walk into Truro or similar distance to Malpas where The Heron pub is. The walk to Malpas gives amazing views. Location in Cornwall is also central for reaching lots of different places. At the end of September the weather was fabulous. Only 1 wet day.

Cons: There was nothing to dislike.

Wonderful apartment in a great location

Pros: Beautiful, modern apartment located very near to a lovely park. Kitchen really well equipped. A real bonus was the little courtyard style garden. Just perfect for a morning coffee.

Cons: En-suite shower drain needs unblocking. Gas hob lighting a bit erratic.

Pros: Excellent location, very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Great beds, comfortable seating in the lounge, and 2 bathrooms bath and shower in one and shower in the other. Stayed over Christmas and the heating was spot on with adjustable temperature under your control. Would definitely return.

Ideal base for touring Cornwall.

Pros: Lovely apartment in a great location. Tastefully furnished and very well equipped. Truro was ideal for checking out Cornwall and the apartment was perfect for our needs. The tame seagull tapping on the window to be fed was a novelty! Eddie the host was quick to respond to any questions.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful well kept apartment and will definitely return!

Pros: Modern, open plan, clean apartment with useful garage. En-suite shower room and a bathroom with shower over bath. Downstairs toilet. Small back garden. Quiet location with 20-25 mins walk along river bank to town centre. Taxi to town approx £7. Lovely park near nearby.

Cons: Although there are venetian blinds in the bedrooms they let in a lot of light early morning so bedroom was very bright. Blackout blinds or blackout curtains needed.
