Warm host, comfy bed and delicious home cooked breakfast

Pros: I arrived in a windy rainstorm in the dark, so it wasn’t as easy to find (obviously no fault to Seven!) but when Rachel opened the door, I was warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. There was a tea tray brought to my room and I was left in peace on a very comfy bed and enjoyed a lovely hot shower. Breakfast was akin to a fine dining experience and I genuinely felt cared for. It was so lovely!

Cons: Everything was lovely - I wouldn’t change a thing.

Friendly, very good breakfast , daily treats and on departure

Pros: We were warmly treated. The food was very good and there were lots of treats. Each day on our return there were wonderful home made cakes and we could make fresh coffee.

Pros: Best B &B we have stayed in! Rachel is an amazing host who has poured her heart into this, the extra touches, relaxed and comfortable, fabulous breakfast. Tremendous B’n’B in St Agnes area

Pros: Friendly welcome; the little extra touches that were provided; wonderful breakfast and choice. In short, we could not have had a better stay at this wonderful bed & breakfast.

Cons: There was truly nothing about this location that we did not like.

Pros: The bath was lovely, bed was very comfortable, loved the bath and rocky the cat was great company. Rachel is very kind.

Cons: No stand-up shower, but not a massive issue! (I loved the bath)

The perfect stay which was an amazing suprise.

Pros: The room was tidy and clean, bed super comfortable. The bath room matched any 5 star hotel i have ever been at done to a high standard. The breakfast topped it all, all natural ingredients cooked perfectly. I would say best cooked breakfast I have ever had.
